Schedule of Fees for Travelsmart Napier

To ensure we can continue to provide you with both professional and high quality travel services, the following schedule of fees is applied to any monies paid to or commitments made with this office.

 

Deposits

For all airfare bookings (not requiring full payment within 24 hours), a $150.00 per person non-refundable deposit is due at time of confirmation. This deposit is non refundable, but is transferrable to another trip should you cancel your original booking.

 

Passports & Visas

We can help process your passport or visa requirements. A service fee of $25 per passport or per visa is required

Australian Entry Visa – via computer $15.00 per visa

This fee is exclusive of any courier charges.

 

Service Fees for Non-commissionable airlines

Domestic New Zealand/Australia $ 30 per one way journey per person

Trans Tasman/Pacific $ 50 per one way journey per person

Europe/USA/Asia $ 75 per one way journey per person

 

Amendment, Changes, re-issues and Use of discount voucher redemption

$ 50.00 per person

 

Frequent Flyer assistance

To obtain tickets $ 50.00 per person

 

Reconfirmation

$ 30.00 per airline

 

Cancellation Fees

After booking has commenced and prior to documentation being issues, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply for all international packages.

After booking has commenced and after documentation has been issued, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking price will apply

For International airfare only bookings, after ticket issuance, a cancellation fee of $200.00 per person will apply

These cancellation fees are in addition to any fees that the supplier may charge

 

Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for both Domestic and International Travel. It can protect you for the above cancellation fees and should be taken out at the same time as making a booking. Please ask us for a detailed brochure and a current quote.

All fess are in addition to any supplier fees that may be imposed and are subject to change without notice at any time. If you have any questions on the above please ask your consultant.
